Nice job! I really liked the art style and soundtrack. The only thing is, the enemies felt a bit too easy. I get that I might be missing the point of the game, but with this style, I think a sense of danger would have been great. Even without the blue dude, the game would have worked well and created a sense of unease.
Love the visual style of this, some people overdo the VHS effect but in here it was perfectly executed, making everything look grainy but without being hard on the eyes. Simple mechanics but it works since it's a short game. Only ''flaw'' (cause it barely even affects the experience) are the stairs, it feels like the character gets slightly caught on the steps sometimes, but that's just a minor detail. Overall, great game!
The way this game had me soo scared, well done! It is these simple mechanics such as small horror elements like a sense of not being alone and being chased, that can make even a short game interesting and fun! Keep up the good work!
Hey, thanks for commenting! Are you using the padlock correctly? You should rotate the padlock using the Q or E keys and press the Mouse Left Button to confirm a position.
Loved it. Did have an issue unlocking the first lock but that was my fault. Once I figured it out it was smooth sailing. Did get me to scream pretty loud so that’s a plus hahaha good job guys.
This game gave me fears and feelings that no other game had given me. One detail, when you use the padlock I assume that the game stops (bc I can't hear nothing), well I'll change that to give more horror to the game. Just imagine using the padlock and hearing how the guy's breathing gets louder and louder. 9/10
Yeah, the game stops when you are in a padlock and I think it should be that way because otherwise I don't think it would be fair if the enemy could attack when you're in a padlock
Stellar atmosphere with a bit of much needed update.
The premise was solid. The tension throughout the gameplay was indescribable and the key hunt, even thou little generic, still grabbed my attention and immersed me in the story. With that said, there are some minor issues, that can be fixed - like the instance with the keys and code in the end, which one of my dear YouTuber friends exploited. I would also want to know more about the backstory and just a little more lore, maybe adding couple of notes.
Otherwise - great job! Best of luck with the future developments ✨
Thank you! I'm super glad you enjoyed it! I'm already starting to work on another game with the same setting but with more mechanics, lore and interactions. :D
About the codes, the update 1.2 made all codes randomly generated each run, so you have to always read them
This was a great little game my dude. It was fun, the puzzle and keys felt very old school resident evil, very cool! Once the stalker showed up it gave a great sense of tension! Really enjoyed the movement too, it was smart to have sprinting only work while facing forward I think you could expand on this. Here is my gameplay video, sub and help my channel grow!

Hey, thanks for commenting! I agree with you, but I think making the enemy for example kill you with one hit would be too harsh and annoying
CORTO PERO MUY BUENO ME GUSTO MUCHO 10/10
GAMEPLAY EN ESPAÑOL
Heh, that mister was really unexpected ;)
Very interesting use of visuals. Congrats!
I liked the core game, it was easy to finish!
If that's intentional then that's good, if not, make me choose that the enemy can hit me only once and I'm death
Hey, thanks for commenting! I think one hit kill would be too "annoying" since I didn't implement any save system

Atmosphere is perfect, feels very desolate and creepy. I like your decision to leave out music to really build tension. :)
Thank you and I'm glad you enjoyed it! I will definitely use the music in a next project, for sure :)
I loved the visuals and sound design. Really good job done! <3

Incredibly spooky little game!
The atmosphere was great from start to finish, the buildup with the end was phenomenal, and the sound design was amazing.
Great job on this! Happy I could help out with the menus and UI, it all came together nicely!
